The Epilepsy Foundation of Metro NY (EFMNY) in conjunction with Jacob Trouba, NY Rangers Captain
The WVI Dolphin Foundation, on behalf of Jacob Trouba of the NY Rangers, donated $15,511 to the Epilepsy Foundation of Metropolitan New York (EFMNY).
Founded in January, 1967, the EFMNY serves the largest urban area population in the United States of individuals with epilepsy and seizures and their families. They reach out to thousands of individuals every year, providing a comprehensive gamut of vital social services, in partnership with all of the major NYC medical centers. Their motto is “Into The Light”, as they strive to furnish a meaningful and dignified life for all.
The EFMNY mission is to provide epilepsy education, advocacy, and vital services/supports, not only to individuals and families affected by epilepsy but also to raise awareness within and beyond our community.
