Jeremiah Schnee has been recognized as one of the most respected business advisors in the Tri-State area – bringing his clients over 20 years of experience delivering innovative business advisory services and growth strategies.

Jeremiah is Founder of the Wealth and Values Initiative (WVI) – a rapidly growing Community of Legacy Families passionate to learn and apply Best Practices in the Intergenerational transfer of Wealth and Values. Jeremiah also co-founded iLEAD – an elite international exchange and leadership program that focuses on building robust business action networks for future family business leaders and first time wealth creators from American, Western and Chinese family enterprises.

MARGARET POSWISTILO

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Margaret Poswistilo has over 18 years of experience as an expert Management Leadership Development Coach and Trainer and Human Resources Director – servicing clients primarily in the hospitality and healthcare fields.

Ms. Poswistilo created and built a successful training firm which helped businesses primarily in the service industries increase their revenues by improving their manager’s leadership decision making skills and the companies’ overall quality of service. Her clients included Trump International Hotels, Plaza Athenee, the University and Union Clubs, New York Downtown Hospital and Equinox Health Clubs.

In addition to her Human Resources and Training career track, Ms. Poswistilo has valuable experience on the operations side of business. As the General Manager of Holiday Inn LaGuardia and Assistant General Manager of the Wall Street District Hotel, she was responsible for generating revenues, managing budgets, operating the hotels and leading over 100 employees.

PETER CUNEO

Cuneo & Co, Former CEO, Marvel Entertainment

Peter Cuneo was recently recognized by Forbes Magazine as among the 10 top business CEO turnaround experts in the US today – and is best known for taking Marvel Comics out of bankruptcy – then selling it to Disney 9 years later for $ 4.3 Billion.

Peter traces the success of his many turnaround endeavors to two areas of critical expertise – strong leadership – and the essential role of a dynamic corporate culture. Peter is currently the Chairman and Acting CEO of Iconix – and is also Managing Partner of Cuneo Capital Partners.

He has completed seven turnarounds of distressed branded businesses in the global media and consumer products sectors since 1983.

From 1999 to 2009, Peter played a lead role in the turnaround of Marvel Entertainment Inc. (NYSE – MVL). As President and CEO, he led Marvel, post-bankruptcy, to a prominent position in the entertainment industry. He then served as Vice Chairman of the board, providing active leadership as Marvel grew to one if the world’s leading entertainment brands and culminating in its $4 billion sale to Disney at the end of 2009.

David Goldberg has led the marketing function at public companies, ambitious startups, and small partnerships. His roster of diverse clients has included Ripken Baseball and Cal Ripken, Jr.; Meteor 17, The Brand Activation Association; Alloy Digital; Kevin Laue LLC; The Learning Collaborative, Vin Baker’s Bouncing Back Foundation, League Network, WVI Dolphin Foundation, WIN Summit, Buffalo Sabres, TNI, Dutchmen Films, Fathers Incorporated; U.S. Military All Stars, E-Title; International Basketball Marketing Group; Safe Center LI; Fortunoff Fine Jewelry, American Film Festival Series; STM Films, Herbert M. Additionally, he serves as an off-campus operative at Wingman 63 LLC, Haypath Park Productions, and Legends Lead LLC while operating Narrative Flow – a ghostwriting service.

Previously, David served Taubman Centers, Inc. as V.P., Center Marketing & Sponsorship. In that capacity he developed and oversaw all marketing and marketing partnership programs in the company’s portfolio of regional shopping malls. Before joining Taubman, his career was highlighted by an eight-year stint as Vice President, Marketing at Foot Locker. His tenure was marked by the creation of Foot Locker’s sports marketing division and expansion of the chain and its branding efforts around the globe.

CFO Fortune Footwear

Thomas Paccione works as a Chief Financial Officer at Fortune Footwear, which is an Apparel & Accessories Retail company with an estimated 33 employees; and founded in 1985. They are part of the Finance Executive team within the C-Suite Department and their management level is C-Level. Thomas graduated from Adelphi University in 2000 and is currently based in New York City, United States.
