Become a Benefactor
America’s culture and society are at a razor’s edge – we need to come together and overcome the divides. We have reached a turning point, and it is time for ALL HANDS ON DECK. Our job is to create a better community and future for our children, grandchildren, and the next generations.
With an unwavering commitment to fostering positive change, the WVI Dolphin Foundation will broaden its ecosystem of impact. Building on our successful track record, we will scale our programs to reach significantly larger communities.

The Mission Of The
WVI Benefactors Group
Secures an anchor donor six-figure gift +
Recognizes benefactors who donate a $100,000+ gift through a $20,000 scholarship in their name for the cause that they choose. Their gift provides continued support for veterans, Blue- and Gold-Star Families, and underserved youth who receive an immediate positive impact.

Use Of These Funds To Accomplish
+ Exceed Our Program Goals
In order to grow and achieve our program, we identified the top five needs from our budget for 2025. With your support, we can raise the funds that enable us to:
- Hire a program director
- Increase cohorts from one to four
- Secure long-term engagement of current and future mentee cluster groups through our events and our digital platform
- Supply laptops and online platforms for students
- Secure locations, catering for all modules
- Provide speakers, graduation ceremonies, and parent/student/mentor events that build community
The budget includes program transportation costs, content development, module program materials, and more.
- Refined programming will “graduate” this cohort into our first alumni group to lead future mentees: sponsorship of youth development professionals.
In appreciation for your invaluable donations, we will ensure that your brand/organization is positioned well at our events and in our marketing materials. We can discuss specific sponsorships in which the program or specific modules can be named after your organization or family, and you can deepen your legacy by headlining or speaking at various events.

Robert Catell and Jack Jacobs 2019 Veterans’ Dinner
Our Success to Significance Veterans’ dinner raised approximately 14k toward Cento Amici and another $15K toward the Dolphin Foundation infrastructure budget.
Crawl Stage: What We Have Accomplished
Thanks to our sponsors, partners, and program advisors, we have raised over $25,000 towards our Leadership and Life Skills Mentorship Program. Since the launch of our program in February 2021, we have provided three successful modules and enrolled over 80 children mentored by celebrity athletes and business leaders.
Due to the global pandemic, our programs and events became hybrid, in-person, and virtual, successfully maintaining our partnerships and participants.
Walk Stage: What We Are Doing
Our initiatives are expanding at full speed with exciting STEM opportunities for children in our Leadership and Life Skills Mentorship Program.
Our team is diligently improving our digital platforms through our Website, Facebook, and Instagram to reach our audiences more effectively.
Our events and programming are now being scaled to higher standards based on our commitment to long-term engagement with our youth, partners, and sponsors.

Run Stage: The Value of Your Support
We invite you to join our virtuous circle of give back. Our short-term goal is to receive gifts of $25,000 to support our Leadership and STEM programs.
Our long-term goal is a $5 million endowment to scale innovative youth character development programs involving veterans and leading Sports for Good athletes. We aim to be fully equipped through excellent communications, programming, and personnel for a long-lasting impact that will run through future generations.

Scaling For Maximum Impact

We are exploring collaboration with the NYPD Options Program, which mentors over 300 mentees through consistent hands-on learning opportunities and experiences.
Every six weeks, there is a turnover of another 300 mentees, many of whom can participate in our program.

Our team has presented the Leadership and Life Skills Mentorship Program to a different cohort of the NY Army National Guard recruits on a monthly basis since the launch of our 2021 pilot program.
We have been invited to present to the NY Army National Guard on a statewide basis.

Our program partners have a large network of teachers and coaches in several Long Island school districts.
We are in active discussions with public school jurisdictions to expand our networks there.
It is critical for us to secure the funding to move from “crawl” to “walk” – an inflection point which also presents funders with a significant opportunity to deliver multiples of impact.
On this foundation, our plan is to move forward to implement our high-level outreach to ultra-high-net-worth legacy family principles, family offices, family, corporate, and traditional foundations to join our virtuous circles and help us achieve our long-term goals.
